These candles are as enchanting as they are inspiring. Handmade in Canada, Cheeky Bee 100% beeswax candles contain no paraffin, fragrances, or other additives. They have a sweet honey-like aroma natural to pure, unrefined beeswax.

This candle stands at 2.5x3.5 inches and burns for approximately 40-50 hours.

Cheeky Bee respects traditional beekeeping practices. Their long-time apiaries throughout Ontario remove only enough wax and honey as is safe for the bees. This means the bees do not have to work harder to make up for what is harvested. They easily feed on their own honey throughout the winter months rather than sugar substitutes, which is common among many conventional large-scale producers.

The first time you light your candle, burn for at least three hours. This creates a wax pool that extends to the edge of your candle but leaves a mantle. By burning three hours, you prevent a “tunnel” from forming around the wick, which prolongs the life of your candle. If the flame flickers, the wick is too long: trim to approximately ¼ inch and light again. Additionally, trim the wick if it develops a carbon cap.
